01 Scope

This disclaimer covers the website https://variatesystems.click of Variatesystems B.V. (Variatesystems) in every language version. By using the site you accept the points below. Bookings and jobs are also governed by the terms and conditions, which prevail if the two differ.

02 Prices, availability and studio details

Rates on the site, such as €75 per hour for Vocal and voice recording or €220 per track for Mixing, include 21% VAT and apply on the date of the last update. They can change. What binds us is the price and conditions in the quote you accept.

We describe opening hours, room layout and equipment (currently 28 microphones across 3 rooms) as accurately as we can. Gear may be in for service or replaced, so ask if a particular instrument or microphone matters for your session. Nothing on the site shows live availability: a date is only fixed once confirmed, see article 3 of the terms.

03 Guides and technical information

In our guides we share what we have learned in the studio, for example about mastering for streaming or delivering tracks. These are general pointers. Requirements of streaming services, distributors and pressing plants change, and what works depends on your material. Always check current specifications with the platform itself.

Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice, for instance on rights registration, collecting societies or label contracts. For those questions, talk to a specialist adviser.

04 Images

Some of the photos on this website were generated with image generation software as illustrations. They convey the atmosphere but do not show a specific room, person or session exactly. To see what the studio really looks like, arrange a visit.

We sometimes link to other websites, such as the Dutch Chamber of Commerce or the Dutch data protection authority. We have no control over their content, availability or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. We work to keep the site online and secure, but cannot rule out outages, errors or interruptions. We are not liable for loss arising from relying on information on this website without confirmation in a quote, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain fully in place.

The text, design, logo and images on this website are protected by copyright and belong to Variatesystems B.V. or to those who have allowed us to use them. A short quote with attribution and a link is fine; for any other use, ask for written permission first at [email protected]. We only publish clients' music with their consent, and the rights in it stay with them.
